The Southern Gas Association (SGA) has a 100+ year history of providing high quality training programs to the Natural Gas Industry. We work with our member companies to develop programs that focus on providing high level industry centered information and training content. We offer a variety of training topics in the following categories.
Professional Development Hours
Most SGA training and education programs qualify for Professional Development Hours (PDH) which can be used to meet your continuing education requirements. More information: SGA PDH Information.
Online courses and instructor led workshops designed to provide basic natural gas industry information to all employees.
SGA offers courses designed to focus on particular functions withing natural gas companies. These include subjects in accounting, finance, and sales. Along with the workshops, SGA Network has an online library of career development topics presented by thought leaders and industry participants.
Web-based video and audio library of career development topics. As with Leadership Development several new topics are added each year.
Online, instructor led workshops, self study courses, broadcasts, and web conferences focused on developing technical skills plus an online library of technical and safety shorts and best practices.
On-site and online courses and workshops presented by leadership experts plus an online library of short-form audio and video presentations. Each year, several new topics are offered and added to the virtual library using both video and web conferencing.
