Emergency Management Workshop
Oklahoma City was an outstanding location for this year’s Emergency Management Workshop. Attendee’s had the once in a lifetime opportunity to hear directly from Deputy Chief Richard Kelley of the Oklahoma City Fire Department and Todd Vernon and Wayne Baird with Oklahoma Natural Gas who each shared their experiences as first responders following the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in April 1995.
