Breakout sessions with presentations from subject matter experts open the conference following the keynote address. Attendees will be selecting a primary roundtable during registration. However you are welcome to move around the Conference and participate in any of the concurrent sessions.

This program, "The Power of Influence: Getting Along and Getting Things Done", will help attendees to develop the skills necessary to establish and maintain a productive working relationship and to influence both outside clients and individuals within their organizations.

Attendess will learn to:

  • Break the barriers that often block their message from getting through
  • Embrace the mindset of a servant leader
  • Walk in the shoes of others with a focus on finding mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Develop the skills necessary to be an effective and well-recieved messenger
  • Learn to manage and reduce conflicts and confrontations
