During this session class members will be divided into teams and case studies will be distributed to each. Each team will work together to prepare a presentation on how they would solve the problem outlined in the case study. Teams may also prepare sales call information to deal with customer issues or problem solving.

    Several field trips are planned and transportation is provided. The group will bus to the Tampa "Ice Palace" to see a large desiccant application. Additional stops will be scheduled for this seminar.
  • Group Dinner
    Following the field trips the group will travel together by bus to "Big City", located in the Ybor district. This group activity provides attendees with a great networking opportunity.

These abbreviated workshops will "broadbrush" the components of AGCC's integrated cooling technology transfer workshop module.

-Integrated Cooling Systems Workshop
This workshop will explore the features and benefits of various natural gas and electric cooling dehumidification and related refrigeration systems and applications. Attendees will learn of the various system configurations, control strategies, and how to utilize the latest software program to screen integrated system alternatives based on customer concerns.

-Desiccant Systems Workshop
This workshop will explore the system configurations and applications of desiccant technology. Attendees will explore areas such as how to properly analyze, select, and specify desiccant cooling equipment.

Seminar attendees will be working as teams and will make a presentation regarding their case study assignments. The class as a group and the instructors on hand will critique the work of the various teams and have round table conference discussions on the case studies, other approaches to be considered and review and discuss any questions that seminar participants have that have not been covered during the previous two days.
