Mechanical Damage Prevention

The Pipeline Inspection, Protection, Enforcement and Safety Act of 2006 was signed into law by President Bush on Dec. 29, 2006. It dwells in part on the prevention of mechanical damage to pipelines by third parties.

SGA is focusing several activities on this theme in 2007:
