ARO's  - Has anyone filed a rate case and have you gotten recovery for your ARO’s

- Reimbursable Capital Work Orders (CIAC’s) Are your external auditors requiring you to reclassify any reimbursable WO’s with a net credit to FERC account 252 – Customer Advances?

- Delayed Costs on Capital Work Orders - Do you have an established time frame where you will no longer let the work order accept charges after it has been closed out?

- Inventory/Assets Retired - Are all of your assets taken out of service that are still functional returned to inventory?

5. What guidelines are you using in development of budgets?  Flat? Allowing for inflation increases?  Merits? Etc.

FERC Order 710:  This new order is the biggest change to affect annual and quarterly reporting in years. 

Three of the key issues in this order are:

1. Page 358, Transactions with Associated (Affiliated) Companies

- How are companies defining "goods and services?

- Are they including intercompany transportation revenues and expenses? 

- What about affiliated labor since it will now be reported on pages 354-355, Distribution of Salaries and Wages?  

2.  Page 358, Transactions with Associated (Affiliated) Companies --         

- How are companies interpreting the footnote disclosure requirement for allocation processes? 

- What allocation methods are companies using?   

 3. Page 217, Non-Traditional Rate Treatment Afforded New Projects --         

- Do companies anticipate issues with capturing this data?
