Commercial & Industrial Sales & Marketing Track
This track has been designed especially for commercial and industrial sales representatives, supervisors, managers, directors and vice presidents of marketing. The commercial and industrial track offers a unique opportunity for attendees to learn about new commercial gas technologies, future trends, programs designed to increase market share and through-put loads in the commercial and industrial market areas.
Residential Sales & Marketing Track
This track offers a unique opportunity for the attendees to learn more about the residential market, new products and technologies, and proven solutions to issues facing your company in the residential marketing area. This residential track has been designed especially for residential sales representatives, supervisors, managers, directors, vice presidents of marketing.
Communications & Public Affairs Track
The SGA Communications Roundtable at the Fall Leadership Conference offers sessions and topics covering a wide range of issues facing the natural gas industry. General sessions, joint sessions, and focused round table sessions make this a valuable meeting for professionals from Communications and Public Affairs.

Questline Workshop
The 2010 Sales, Marketing & Communications-Public Affairs Conference will feature a free Questline workshop on Wednesday, July 14th at 4:00 PM Central Time. This workshop will allow all participants to become familiar with the Questline products and services that many SGA member-companies are currently using with great success. How to register for the conference, make hotel reservations, and other useful information for your comfort and convenience. We wish to make your Conference experience as enjoyable and productive as possible!
CONFERENCE
On-Line Registration: Registration for this conference will be handled online at the SGA website. If you require a paper registration form, please contact Debbie Krawzik at 972.620.4012.
Registration Fee for SGA Members: $TBD. Non-Member Registration: $TBD. Please register and make your hotel reservations by: June 22nd, 2010!
Conference Dress
Attire for the conference is business casual. Although dress for the conference is casual, a few restaurants in the area may require jackets for men and similar attire for ladies. Hotel meeting rooms can sometimes be cool during the day; you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket to the sessions.

Reservations & Other Essential Information
Reservations may be made by calling the Barton Creek Resort directly: 800.336.6158. The cut-off date for the SGA room rate is: 5:00 PM CDT, June 22, 2010. Please identify yourself as part of the SGA/Southern Gas Association Group in order to receive the SGA rate of $139.00 per night (approximately $165.00 per night, including taxes and resort fee). Baton Creek Resort asks that you be prepared to provide the following information:
Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call.
Self-parking is included in the resort fee for all SGA attendees.
The Barton Creek Resort Fee also includes: toll free, credit card and local calls, fitness center and steam room access, in-room coffee and tea, newspaper delivered Monday through Saturday, self parking, on-property transportation, nature trails, miniature golf as well as gratuities for golf bag handling and housekeeping personnel. As a “per room” charge (versus per person), the Resort Charge covers all registered room guests.
