  • Wednesday morning - gas company and vendor participation is welcome. Attend this session to get an update on the CRM rulemaking.

    • Managing Distractions (Control Room Access)
      • Staffing Levels
      • Alarm Load
      • Calls
      • Shift Schedule
      • Levels are unique to company’s operations

  • Presentation will be given on site by the group that designed TransCanada’s control center

Circadian Presentation: "Recognizing the Signs of Fatigue" – 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Industry Participation – 9:00 AM to 10:00

  • How do we as an industry group work together to minimize cost particularly for smaller shops with limited resources
  • Common Tools, Processes, Etc. that can be developed in collaboration by the industry group and shared amongst SGA / AGA members to help reduce cost.

Program note:

The CRM Working Group meeting takes place immediately following this roundtable. We anticipate many of the people attending this roundtable will also choose to attend that working group meeting.

The discussion in that working group meeting will focus on the upcoming CRM rule. The chairs for this roundtable are working to develop the roundtable discussion such that it compliments the discussions that will take place during the working group meeting.
