The PCOM Steering Committee was formed in early 2007 to respond to the need for field personnel in transmission pipeline operating companies to exchange knowledge regarding field issues.
This round table is intended to provide a forum for field operating personnel to discuss the issues that they face in constructing, operating and maintaining facilities.
